Scope and type of films sought:
ILEFF accepts entries from all over the world, including but not limited to feature films, documentaries, short films, experimental films, etc. . Films on multicultural and diverse themes are encouraged, provided that their content is consistent with the festival's basic values and ethical standards.
Requirements:
The film must be an original work and have not won a major award at any other international film festival (unless otherwise noted) .
The completion time of the film must be within the collection period officially stipulated by the film festival.
The video should be in HD format with English subtitles (such as non-english dialogue) .
The ownership of copyright is clear and there is no infringement on the rights and interests of third parties.
Registration and submission:
Registration and submission of the film will be done through the ILEFF website or a designated collaboration platform.
Complete information sheet including film introduction, introduction of director and main cast, screenshot or trailer etc. .
Application Fee (if any) and submission deadline will be announced on the official website.
Judging and screening:
The film festival will set up a jury, according to the film's artistic, innovative, technical quality and subject depth of comprehensive selection.
The selected films will be showcased online during the festival, and will have the opportunity to participate in relevant forums, exchange activities and award ceremonies.
Copyright and right to use:
Once submitted, ILEFF will be deemed to have approved the use of film-related material (such as screenshots, trailers, etc.) during the festival and subsequent promotional activities.
The film festival reserves the right to display and promote the film in a non-commercial way.
